Results: Arkansas | Georgia | Idaho | Kentucky | Oregon | Pennsylvania
5:32 PM PT: GA-04: With 3,600 in, Rep. Johnson now leads Tom Brown 52-48. Johnson's reversal of fortune is from Rockdale beginning to report. DeKalb is still out, which could potentially seal the deal for Brown if he keeps it close everywhere else.
5:33 PM PT: Arkansas poll have closed.
5:34 PM PT: GA-Sen: We're closing in on the 100,000 vote mark. Kingston continues to lead Perdue 31-29, with Handel at 17.
5:37 PM PT: GA-01: Well this is different. State Sen. Buddy Carter still leads with 30, but businessman John McCullum is now in second with 23 percent. State Rep. Jeff Chatham has jumped into a close third with 19, with surgeon Bob Johnson at 18.
5:39 PM PT: GA-10: Not much has changed here. Collins still leads Hice 34-31, with everyone else far back. Looking like they'll be our runoff dance partners.
5:42 PM PT: GA-11: We're finally getting votes out of this safely red exurban Atlanta seat. With 10,000 in, state Sen. Barry Loudermilk is in first with 43. Former Rep. and 2008 Libertarian Presidential nominee Bob Barr is in second with 25. Everyone else is far back.
5:43 PM PT: GA-Sen: Not much change here. Kingston leads Perdue 31-29, with Handel at 17. Metro Atlanta's finally coming in, which could be Handel's saving grace.
5:45 PM PT: GA-Gov: Not that there was much doubt, but the AP has called the primary for Deal.
5:48 PM PT: GA-01: Things have narrowed a little for second in this GOP primary. Carter leads with 30, and McCallum is at 22. Just behind is Johnson at 19 and Chatham at 17.
5:50 PM PT: GA-12: Things are progressing slowly in the GOP primary to face Dem Rep. John Barrow. Rick Allen is once again over the runoff threshold with, with 53 percent.
5:53 PM PT: GA-Sen: With 159,000 votes in (judging by the 2010 primary, we have about a quarter reporting statewide) Kingston leads Perdue 31-30, with Handel at 17.
5:58 PM PT: GA-Sen: Still too early to count Handel out. In her stomping grounds in Metro Atlanta, no votes have come in from DeKalb, Cobb, Fulton, or Gwinnett.
6:02 PM PT: GA-Sen: We're at 214,000 votes in statewide via the SoS, and Perdue has finally wrested the lead from Kingston. He leads 30-29, with Handel at 17.
6:04 PM PT: GA-04: With 5,500 votes in, Johnson leads Brown 52-48. Interestingly, a small slice of DeKalb is in and it favors Johnson so far. If Johnson wins DeKalb, or keeps it very close, its a very good sign for him.
6:08 PM PT: GA-11: About 15,000 votes in and Loudermilk and Barr continue to look good for a runoff. Loudermilk leads Barr 44-25, with Pridemore at 12. Somewhat surprisingly, state Rep. Ed Lindey is very far back despite self-funding quite a bit. However, Lindey represented only a small portion of the district.
6:08 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-Gov: While it is still early in the Keystone State (about 10 percent of precincts in), it's becoming clear that Tom Wolf is going to be the guy for the Democrats. He leads in virtually every county reporting, including Philadelphia and Allegheny (Pittsburgh). Overall, he remains over 50 percent of the vote, with Allyson Schwartz a very distant second. The winner of the Democratic primary faces incumbent GOP Gov. Tom Corbett in a matchup where the blue team will start as the favorite.
6:09 PM PT: GA-12: Allen continues to hover over the runoff threshold, with him taking 54 percent so far.
6:12 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-Gov: ...And no sooner did I hit "post" than the AP has called the Democratic gubernatorial primary for Tom Wolf. Wolf now sets his sights on Tom Corbett. Recent polls gave the challenger a solid edge over Corbett.
6:15 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-13: Meanwhile, in that much-watched primary to replace the aforementioned Allyson Schwartz, a bit of a runaway has materialized. With 29 percent in, Brendan Boyle is annihilating the field with three-fifths of the vote. Big Dog-backed (for obvious reasons) Marjorie Margolies is way back with 22 percent of the vote.
6:16 PM PT (David Nir): AR-02: A sizable dump of early votes in the GOP primary puts French Hill up 57-26 on Ann Clemmer. The only public poll of the race made Hill the heavy favorite.
6:18 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-09: We may well have our "holy crap" race of the night. With 12 percent reporting, veteran GOP Rep. Bill Shuster leads Art Halvorson, who was seen as something of a marginal threat, by just a 50-45 margin. Keep an eye on this one.
6:20 PM PT: GA-Sen: Now at 264,000 votes via the SoS (probably a little less than 40 percent of the vote judging by 2010) and Kingston's narrowly back in the lead over Perdue, 30-30. Handel is at 18.
6:21 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-08: Meanwhile, in very early returns (6 percent in), it looks like the battle between Kevin Strouse and Shaughnessy Naughton could be quite close. Strouse has the very early lead (57-43), but turnout is so light, and the precincts reporting so few, that in raw votes that is merely 235 votes.
6:22 PM PT: GA-01: Things seem to have stabilized here. Carter leads with 31, McCallum at 23. Johnson just behind at 20.
6:24 PM PT: GA-04: About 7,000 votes are in and Johnson leads Brown 53-47. Johnson leads in each of the three counties that have reported.
6:26 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-LG: It is still somewhat early, but this race is turning into a bit of a surprise, only because it isn't particularly close. Most of the pre-election scuttlebutt (and a Harper Poll had state Sen. Mike Stack barely ahead of former Rep. Mark Critz (20-18). Now, with over a quarter of the precincts reporting, it's a damned different story: Stack leads Critz 53-17.
6:26 PM PT: GA-10: Things look very set here for the runoff. Collins leads Hice 35-32, far ahead of anyone else.
6:28 PM PT (David Nir): PA-08: Boyle is just crushing here. With 43% reporting, he now has a huge 61-21 lead on Margolies.
6:31 PM PT (David Nir): The liveblog continues here.
