Results: Arkansas | Georgia | Idaho | Kentucky | Oregon | Pennsylvania
6:33 PM PT (David Nir): To recap the biggest races of the night so far: Mitch McConnell easily won the GOP primary for KY-Sen and Tom Wolf did the same with the Dem primary for PA-Gov.
6:36 PM PT (David Nir): In PA-13, suburban Montgomery County is now reporting, but Philadelphia's Brendan Boyle is still crushing. He leads Marjorie Margolies 58-22 with 57% reporting. Progressive fave Daylin Leach is in 4th with single digits.
6:36 PM PT: GA-Sen: We're now up to 320,000 votes. Based on the 2010 gubernatorial number, that's probably a little less than half reporting. Perdue leads Kingston 30-29, with Handel at 19.
6:37 PM PT (David Nir): In PA-09, GOP Rep. Bill Shuster has a weak 52-40 lead on penniless tea partier Art Halvorson, with 28% reporting.
6:40 PM PT (David Nir): PA-13: Our first AP call of the night for a House race goes to Brendan Boyle. He absolutely crushes in this open-seat contest. It's safely blue turf (deliberately created by Republicans), so he'll win in a walk this November.
6:40 PM PT: GA-01: Carter continues to look set for the runoff, leading with 33. Things have gotten a lot closer for second: McCullam leads Johnson only 21-20.
6:41 PM PT: GA-04: Things are looking very good for Rep. Johnson in the Democratic primary here. He leads Brown 54-46, but leads in all four counties. Most importantly he has a lead in DeKalb, which Brown probably needed to carry big to win.
6:42 PM PT: GA-10: A Hice-Collins GOP runoff is all but assured. Hice leads 35-33, with no one else coming close.
6:43 PM PT: GA-11: In the GOP primary here we're also looking at a Loudermilk-Barr runoff. Loudermilk leads 42-25, with Pridemore at 13.
6:44 PM PT (David Nir): AR-04: Vote-counting's going very slowly in Arkansas, but with 7% reporting, Bruce Westerman is up just 51-49 on Tommy Moll in the GOP primary. Those are surprising numbers, given that the only poll of the race showed Westerman up big, but it's still very early.
6:45 PM PT: GA-12: In the GOP contest to take on Rep. John Barrow, Rick Allen leads with 54, looking good to win without a runoff.
6:48 PM PT: GA-Sen: We're probably at the half-way mark statewide and Perdue leads Kingston 30-28. Handel is still at 19. The good news for her is Metro Atlanta is finally coming in. The bad news is that while she leads in Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, and Gwinnett, Perdue is taking a large share there too. It could keep her from running up the numbers she needs to break into the runoff.
6:49 PM PT (David Nir): PA-08: With 10% reporting, Kevin Strouse leads Shaughnessy Naughton 56-44 in the Dem primary.
6:57 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-08: We are now up to one-quarter of the vote here, and the race is tightening a tad. Kevin Strouse now leads Shaugnessy Naughton by a 54-46 margin.
6:58 PM PT (Steve Singiser): PA-09: As one Pennsylvania primary race gets more interesting, another one gets a little...less so. With 43 percent reporting, incumbent Rep. Bill Shuster now leads the underwhelming challenge from Art Halvorson by a 52-40 margin.
7:05 PM PT: GA-Sen: About 418,000 votes in, which is probably about 60 percent of the state. Perdue leads Kingston 30-28, with Handel now up to 20.
7:06 PM PT: GA-01: The second place spot remains up in the air. Johnson now leads McCallum for the first time in awhile 22-21. After a brief surge, Chatham at 14.
7:08 PM PT: GA-04: Another Johnson is looking good. Democratic Rep. Hank Johnson leads Brown 55-45. Johnson leads with 56 in DeKalb, which probably seals Brown's fate.
7:09 PM PT (David Jarman): PA-St. Sen.: If you want to look down the ballot a bit, there's a tight primary in NE Philly SD-04. LeAnna Washington's under indictment, but the clown car might save her, with multiple opponents. Currently she's holding on at 38, with Art Haywood at 37 and Brian Gralnick at 25.
7:10 PM PT: GA-12: Allen continues to be out of runoff range with 54 percent.
7:11 PM PT (David Jarman): AR-04: In the GOP primary to replace Tom Cotton, Bruce Westerman is stretching out his once-narrow lead over Tommy Moll. He's up 57-43 now w/ 20% reporting.
7:14 PM PT: GA-Sen: Another extra 10,000 votes in and it's still a 30-28 Perdue lead over Kingston, with Handel at 20.
7:16 PM PT (David Jarman): PA-LG, PA-12: The AP calls the Lt. Governor primary for Philly-based state Sen. Mike Stack, so it'll be the Wolf/Stack ticket. Stack's at 47%, with Mark Critz a distant 2nd at 18%. Also, the AP called PA-12 for Erin McClelland, who easily beat John Hugya (73-27); this race remains Safe R though.
7:25 PM PT: The liveblog continues here.
7:28 PM PT: GA-Sen: The AP has called one of the runoff spots for Perdue. The SoS has him at 30, with Kingston at 27. Handel now at 21.
7:31 PM PT: GA-Sen: Handel has one big card left: Gwinnett County. Most of it is still out, and she leads Perdue 36-31 here, with Kingston at 14. It's looking dicey, but Gwinnett could help Handel narrow the gap a bit.
7:34 PM PT: GA-01: In the GOP primary here, state Sen. Buddy Carter looks like a lock to advance to the runoff with 35 percent. It remains a tight battle for second, with surgeon Bob Johnson leading venture capitalist John McCullum 22-21.
7:36 PM PT: GA-04: In the Democratic primary, Rep. Hank Johnson leads former DeKalb sheriff Tom Brown 55-45. Johnson leads in all four counties and looks good to pull it out.
7:37 PM PT: GA-10: In The GOP primary, it looks like our runoff ticket is set. Pastor Jody Hice leads trucking executive Michael Collins 35-31, with no one else coming close.
7:39 PM PT: The liveblog continues at the above thread. Sorry about any confusion.
