The New Civil Rights Movement reports that the Minneapolis-based law firm that files the South Dakota law suit last week now has plaintiffs in North Dakota who are willing to challenge that state's ban. They say they'll file the suit in about six weeks.
Once the suit is filed, it will mean every state in the union has either legalized same-sex marriage, or has at least one lawsuit challenging the individual state’s anti-equality law.
And NONE of the cases that have been tried so far have lost.
It is now REALLY just a matter of time.
