I teethed on the Brady Bunch and knew for a fact that it was Alice who brought that family together in such groovy harmony.
Ann B. Davis passed away today and she leaves a Baby Boomer generation to remember her most fondly.
She was well-known to the Denver community when I lived there in the early 80s. I lived on Capital Hill and would occasionally see her driving around in her little red sports car. It was a poorly kept secret that she was "family", but she remained a private person and Denver left her to her privacy.
Much love to you Ann. You were a Mary Poppins for a far out generation.
