In this new post-racial era bestowed upon us by the Supreme Court I am just shocked, shocked I tell you, to
see this:
Video that showed a New York woman yelling racist slurs at a black man went viral this week, prompting outrage on the Internet.
On Wednesday, a YouTube user named IAMOYAB posted video of himself sitting in a Dollar General parking lot arguing with a woman who he said had started calling him the n-word because he started his car.
...
Claiming she’s on the phone with her lawyer, the woman walks over the man’s vehicle and begins yelling.
“He’s got me on video tape and I’m still flipping the f*ck out,” she says. “I called you a n*gger. You’re a n*gger! Nasty f*cking n*gger!”
The woman warns the man that the police will not help him because “how many cops have I stripped for? You ain’t getting far bitch.”
“Tell him, dude. You will f*cking kill him,” she tells the man on the phone. “I will f*cking yank his ass out of the car… He wants to put it on YouTube because he’s a racist, because he’s a racist ignorant n*gger!”
A little dramatic you might say, but there is a rational explanation behind it all she whitesplains:
The woman who was allegedly in the video told WBLK that she was not a racist and that she only made the comments because she was angry at the man for almost hitting her children with his vehicle.
“I’m not a racist,” she explained. “I have a black cousin.”
“He just pissed me off, I’m bipolar. Quite frankly, if you look it up, n*gger means an ignorant person. It has nothing to do with race,” the woman insisted. “But it’s OK for him to call me a cracker and a honky though. That’s racist.”
She went on to explain that her ex-husband wanted to take her kids after seeing the video.
“I’m really not a racist, I was just pissed off,” she added, sobbing. “Am I supposed to apologize? Oh yeah, I’ll apologize for him almost him almost hitting my kids and losing my temper.”
I feel mighty sorry for her cousin.
