I am angry about the Republican Party, especially the House, thinking of suing the Office of the President or to be more precise President Obama. The nerve of Boehner saying that the President is overstepping his office by definition of the Constitution. Let's see, isn't the House is suppose to pass legislatures not just vote on trying to stop the Affordable Care Act. How much of that was necessary? Also, was it legal for those very same Republicans to shut down the government last year? I believe that cost us about 24 billion dollars and the Republican House members state that they are just trying to cut down on our deficit. Please... The President has to use Executive Order to get the least little item done and then it only affects contractors and government employees. I firmly believe that the Republican House members should be sued not the President. I also believe that this is another ploy for Republicans to try and get all the President Obama "haters" to rally around the Republicans. Boehner is probably in the pockets of the Koch Brothers and therefore does not represent his constituents. I am ashamed that he is from the state of Ohio.
