I was going to say I could not believe this when I read it, but there is nothing Virginia pro9secutors will not stoop to.

Follow the link. For a quick summary:
Allegedly, a 17-year-old boy sent a video of his penis to his 15-year-old girlfriend after she had sent him a naked picture. The police and prosecutors decided to charge him with 2 felonies, receiving and producing child porn (his video and the girls picture). The girl was not charged. When he refused to plead guilty, they got a search warrant from a local Magistrate (note; Virginia Magistrates are not lawyers and tend to be rubber stamps for the police) to take the boy to a hospital to take a picture of picture of his erect penis to compare to the video. To do this he would have to receive an injection DIRECTY into his penis to force an erection. So not only are they creating child-porn, they are doing so in a painful, humiliating manner akin to torture. (They also claimed they would compare the images by computer, but as an attorney and professor of criminal justice, I have never heard of penis-recognition software.)
