In this video, while Ruth Bader Ginsburg discusses a variety of topics ranging from Citizens United to her retirement, the most important issue Justice Ginsburg discusses is the gender divide behind the Burwell v Hobby Lobby, one made clear by the fact that the dissenting opinion was made up of all 3 women of the Supreme Court and Stephen Breyer (a traditionally liberal Associate Justice).
However, not all is bleak. Ruth Bader Ginsburg optimistically remarks:
But justices continue to think and can change. They have wives. They have daughters. By the way, I think daughters can change the perception of their fathers.
