Interesting article of advertizing by association
An August 4 post on NRA Sharp matches firearms, including an assault weapon, to their "'mainstream' cultural equals," namely BMW, Nike, luxury watchmaker Patek Philippe, and Apple. As the post explains, "We believe these pairings boost both brands to their full potential."
Or perhaps the good people of Apple, BMW, Nike and Patek Philippe would like to comment?
Because all free publicity is not good publicity, unless of course it was approved and paid for by the brands.
Now if this an approved coupling then it should be publicized widely I am sure Apple and co would thank us for our help in this. Selfies with your gun by I-Phone, drive by shooting by BMW, accurate time recording of your gun fail moment for the police courtesy of Patek Philippe, and running down the toy aisle with your assault rifle wearing Nike.
Branding by association, I wonder how much the corporations will appreciate the NRA's thoughtfulness? The all new I-Gun.....
I wer tryin ta text an shoot at that same time offcer, damn shame bout ma foot.
