voicing his concerns:
"It's a part of the strategy that Barack Obama implemented in 2008, continued in 2012, where he divides us all on race, on sex, greed, envy, class warfare, all those kinds of things. Well that’s not true.”
Whatever happened to the "virtue" of "colorblindness"
(which I reject along with "post racial" as a racist framing coup - imo) taken straight out of the republican playbook of spun up memes, including the rwnj
majority of
SCOTUS or its contradictory talking point out of the same book of lies; that Dems want everyone to be "equal", even those Dem "welfare queens" who
clearly don't measure up?
Doubling down later on Brooks asked:
“What is the one race that can be discriminated against? … All whites.”
So we finally see a little
green coming from the "conservative" movement party that isn't about money.
Too bad it's not concern for the environment
Instead we again see the GOP's anxiety play out as they continue attempting to hide their Racism in the 21st Century America and fear of losing white privilege their forefathers took for granted with this myth of reverse racism

Note: discrimination and white supremacy is a serious and historically deadly combination especially when fear is whipped up by the GOP as part of their ongoing strategy seeking power over "those others"; in what seems like envy of non-whites finally making some headway and even envy of their own racist antecedents who never worried about losing the "right" to discriminate.
So, in as full a recognition as a person who can only imagine what many lived and died suffering through past and present, this is me just enjoying a bit of schadenfreude watching the GOP getting a tiny undersized taste, not from anyone else, but from themselves alone, this first delusional taste of their own medicine
