The fifth circle of hell is just Bill Kristol and Laura Ingraham
discussing foreign policy for an eternity.
"Someone said, 'we can't just bomb,'" [Kristol] said, speaking about an ABC panel he was on. "You know, why don't we just [bomb?] We know where ISIS is. What’s the harm of bombing them at least for a few weeks and seeing what happens? I don’t think there’s much in the way of unanticipated side effects that are going to be bad there. We could kill a lot of very bad guys!"
That's Bill
What's The Worst That Could Happen Kristol, whose perpetual wrongness has killed so very many people that you'd think he was a bulk-order coffin magnate, piping up with the thought that we should bomb ISIS just for a while, just to see "what happens."
To be fair, Bill Kristol has expressed no opinion other than Let's Bomb Something in any venue for at least twenty years, so he's firmly in his element here. I'm imagining a scene in the parking lot after any one of Kristol's very many television appearances. "Car won't start," some guy says. "Have you tried bombing it?" says Kristol. "You should try bombing it. What's the worst that can happen?"
And God help you if you ask the man to unclog a sink.
