Well, this didn't take long.
Bodycams were sort of supposed to help protect us, or so I thought.
Didn't do the poor victim of cop brutality in this video. No, cops aren't beating or shooting this guy, this time: they are just standing there like dolts while a vicious police dog chews on the man's leg.
Bodycam functioned to record it all. The cops sat on the recording for a while, of course, but recently released it - I am unsure why.

In the video, obtained by the Carroll County News and posted to their Facebook page, the dog, a Belgian Malinois named Tyson, can be seen biting the suspect on the back of his thigh for ninety seconds while ignoring commands to release the man.
As the suspect writhes in pain in the street, the dog’s handler can be heard blaming him for the attack, yelling at him, “Stop f*cking moving!”

Harlan then orders Tyson at least three times to release Badley’s leg as Badley can be heard saying, “Please, please, please. Please pull that dog off me,” before adding, “Please. I can’t be still much longer.”
Yeah. OK.
Dog is chewing my ass off but I'll just still still, Ossifer.
They were there because of a report of a man with a gun.
Now, I have been told that we can have guns in this country and efforts to reduce the numbers of guns fall on deaf or hostile ears.
Now we can call the cops on somebody with a gun?
It's so confusing.
I digress.
A bit more (no pun intended) and disturbing bodycam video over the Orange Plume of Wrongly Deployed Tear Gas
Badley was not charged in connection with the incident that resulted in the dog bite, but was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.
Now THAT was mighty white of them, to not charge him for getting bitten after the cops harassed him in error.
The guy apparently had some sort of outstanding warrant, but did not have the gun that was reported, apparently. Still he gets brutalized for nothing.
A little more:Video reveals more details in K-9 incident
The incident occurred on Sept. 20. Green Forest officers were called to an apartment complex where 24-year-old Brennan Badley was reportedly inside a residence and had a gun.

Badley was transported to Mercy Hospital in Berryville, where he was treated. According to Mallett's report, Badley admitted throwing a gun while being chased by officers. Another Green Forest officer located the gun.
After being treated, Badley was arrested on a previous warrant for first-degree criminal mischief, according to Mallett's report. He was not charged in connection with the incident that resulted in the dog bite.
So he did have a gun, threw it away and then wasn't charged.
If he had had marijuana, god knows what would have happened to him.
Seriously: Who protects us from them?
NOTE: Please buy as many bodycams for cops as you can afford. Some believe in them.
