The major site that's got (mostly) free Ebola information belongs to the Lancet, a respected British medical journal. It has a articles ranging from the medically detailed written in advanced researchese to others as easy to read as a news article. There are research papers, editorials. articles on the geopolitical impact of Ebola, information on quarantine, updates on vaccine research, podcasts and many more.
