Jail or Shoot.......... This stat is not up to date but disgraceful !
This South Carolina State Trooper is facing 20 years if convicted. The key word being IF...But this video did get the Trooper fired and facing a possible sentence of 20 years.
Did this black man look like a demon to this Law enforcement officer as well? We need cameras !!!! The Brown family is correct. Cameras will save lives.
Are people of color being incarcerated and killed based on irrational fear of demons because of size? This is some scary stuff !!!!

Darren Wilson described shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown at least twice—first in an August police interview and again before a grand jury in September. But until today, only those involved in the case knew Wilson's version of the minute-long encounter that ended with Brown dead in the street.
In both versions of the story, Wilson (who is 6'4) paints Brown (also 6'4) as a large and threatening man who "looked like a demon" and made him fear for his life.
To add insult to injury, death in this case, the body was left in the street for 4 hours. Why didn't a reporter ask about desecration of the dead? Is Law Enforcement and want a be cops killing minorities based on fear of demons? Seriously? On the video above, look out cowardly the cop is? This is why we need cameras....
There should also be talk about cameras carried on worn to protect our children and brothers and sisters against racism. There is so much wrong in this 200 plus year old country that we need a series of cruel and injustice memorials lining street corners.
We have babies murdered in classrooms....We have women being treated like pieces of meat .strip searched on public highways...We have veterans dying at the hands of so called healthcare professionals...We have hates crimes against the Gays, Lesbians and transgender community, we have young people incarcerated and money rules while bankers take homes and the powerful throw America into a downward spiral of poverty and injustice. We have a so called war on drugs that is the root of most problems and a nation of hypocrisy wanting to spread this kind of freedom everywhere. Where is the decency and common sense?
Why are we spending billions and billions on wars, and incarcerations, when we could be building futures, bridges, roads, research, and most of all preservation of humanity?
The answer may be clearer than we think. The rich and powerful want Slave labor and minorities have been slaves for years and years and years. The hatred is driven by ignorance and shooting and incarcerating is the answer for the real Demons. Cameras are essential to record the truth but of course it would be fought every inch of the way because the Powerful do not want any equal protection for all as intended by God and our Constitution which men and women have bled and died for.
When President Obama was elected, the hoods came off and the guns came out. We need a movement of justice. We need to stop the Palins and the Fox News, and Rush Limbaughs of spreading hate. We need a congress to work. We need a country to preserve and not a country we fear. We have Citizens United, protecting the rich, powerful, bigoted hateful robots who are afraid of any color but white.
We need a movement and we need a big movement. We have people angry and rightly so.... There must be a retraining of law enforcement. The Brown family has requested body cameras to be worn by Law Enforcement. I think we should all be
carrying cameras and using them.
I don't know what we should do with the Supreme Court but Wall street seems to have 5 of them in their pocket.
Our educational system is in the toilet, our economy only works a little for some, and it has finally happened with the last election...the insane have taken over the asylum.
For those who did not witness the sixties, it was a time of turmoil and in my opinion, we are dangerously close to losing some of our brighest and best to the step we have taken backwards and we are not progressing.
Ferguson is a symptom, the problem is deeper. The problem goes much further than Missouri. The insanity is nationwide but more prevelant in some of the confederate states who still pine for slavery. The Native Americans can identify as they are still being persecuted. This has to stop. The train is off the tracks.
When there is no law for all, there is no law for any. When the question is , How much justice can you afford? or how big was that fellow. and black ?.Oh he must be a demon....Then America has become unhinged. When we are scraping the bottom of the barrel for legislators, media sources, Supreme court judges, and civil servants in many areas, then yes there is a BIG PROBLEM.
