Results are in for the Louisiana senate race and Mary Landrieu got her ass stomped.
She lost to Bill Cassidy (R) 57% to 43%. Wasn't even a contest.
All I can say is, "Good riddance!" We don't need Democrats like her.

We need more Democrats like Senator Lamont from Connecticut.
Our political savvy is so great - we sure can get 'em elected, huh?
Even if there are only 37 Democratic senators, at least they will be reliably progressive.
I mean, hey, we can count on Cassidy, Cotton, Tillis, Sullivan, and Gardner.
Actually, we CAN count on them. Not only will they vote in favor of KXL, but - -
We can count on them to vote against healthcare and minimum wage legislation.
We can count on them to vote for corporate welfare and militarization of police forces.
We can count on them to vote against judicial and administration nominees.
Yes-sirree bobtail, it surely is a wonderful thing that Landrieu is gone.
