As we move toward shorter communications (Twitter) both online and off (can I call you later?). Two short films have randomly gathered my attention. The first movie is about college life as a student that has room mates/house mates. I have had both. I am a veteran of the academic student life. First, I was an undergraduate co-op student which required moving every 4 months for 5 years, then I was a Ph.D. student which required for me: moving 3 times in 6 years. During my Postdoc years I did not need to move as I had finally reached harmony with my house mates and managed to stay in the same city while now attending a completely new UNI Environ. In fact our house was legendary within the local community and to our neighbours and the police (most of the above liked us). When I finally got an Academic job I only brought my girlfriend along (whom is now my wife).
The first short film I present is about living with other students. It speaks for itself and is pretty much spot-on with regard to housemate fights based on my vast experience:

The second film is much more disturbing in a Rod Serling kind of way.......however I think it is important to share. Here's the link to "The Landing"

I hope you enjoy them both.
