Harold LeMay, a Tacoma businessman, loved cars and managed to collect more than 3,000 automobiles, trucks, and motorcycles over forty years of collecting. A number of the vehicles from his collection form the nucleus of the the LeMay—America’s Car Museum. This collection of more than 300 cars, motorcycles, and trucks is displayed in a four-level building in Tacoma, Washington. Shown below are some of the cars of the 1970s and 1980s displayed in this museum.
Buick:

Shown above is a 1972 Oldsmobile Hurst/Oldsmobile, 2-Door Hardtop. Only 629 of these cars were made. It was developed by Hurst Performance rather than Oldsmobile.
Plymouth:

DeLorean:
DeLorean Motor Company produced cars for the American market from 1981 until 1983 at its factory in Dunmurry, a suburb south of Belfast, Ireland. Only one model, the DMC-12 was produced, and a total of 9,000 cars were produced.
