The Koch-funded Republicans are scampering around trying to figure out how to get out of their problem with Steve Scalise. As someone in previous diary said, and not to be eliminationist or dehumanizing like Republicans like to do, but the image of roaches being exposed to light with their lair exposed, it's quite a valid comparison to conservatives being exposed here on racism.
The scandal over Louisiana Rep. Steve Scalise’s 2002 speech to a white supremacist group has so badly damaged his image inside the House Republican Conference that he faces serious questions over his political future, according to interviews with multiple aides and lawmakers — including some Scalise allies.
No. Scalise, a Republican leader who said he's David Duke "without the baggage" isn't who is badly damaged. It is the Republican party and their decrepit masses of racist dinosaurs who are badly damaged politically here.
Democrats, for their part, are working to craft a sustained attack against the Louisiana Republican, using Scalise’s continued role in the leadership to launch broadsides against dozens of rank-and-file GOP lawmakers.

Yes. The evil that is the modern conservative movement should be attacked at every level until they are exposed for the pox on humanity that they are. They are leading the planet to a certain doom unless they are stopped.
And yes conservatives can be compared to the racist Nazis. I don't care what anyone says. It's fucking true. Their genocide is just slow and quiet, just look at the drug war horrors: mass incarceration, prison torture that happens every day in American prisons, for-profit prisons, police industry, the horrors in Mexico etc for proof of that. They did all that with able assist from complicit, sellout Democratic politicians. Don't tell me those policies, or this vile racism, doesn't compare to Nazi Germany because we all know it does.
