Just a quick reminder of our upcoming event on January 17, 2015.
Not only are Meteor Blades and Navajo going to be visiting
Meteor Blades
Navajo
Joan McCarter
but also Joan McCarter.
And we have a very special visitor from the Bay Area joining us too: EagleOfFreedom, our group's founder, responsible for it all!
EagleOfFreedom
I love this quote from him.
If you’ve been on the fence about coming out to a Seattle & Puget Sound Kossacks meetup, or probably any Kossacks meetup around the country, I encourage you to set aside your apprehension and go to the meetup closest to you. And if there isn’t one, send a Kosmail to Navajo and ask her if she knows of one. That was what I did, and look where it got me? It got me something I’ll be happy I was part of making happen and people I was happy to meet forever. And in a world that has a lot of bad things in it that we are all fighting to change, sometimes just having your Kossack Komrades to commiserate with is just the thing you need to recharge and reenergize for the next fight.
We're going to kick off 2015 with a bang! And together we'll just keep the momentum going throughout the year!

Seattle & Puget Sound Kos is the hub of a wheel with spokes emanating from that hub. A place where people can share their reasons for being part of Daily KOS. A place where people can inform others of their activist efforts so like-minded individuals can connect. A place where we can invite others to join our community. A place to make new members feel welcome and connected. And a forum giving us the opportunity to hear from our local leaders and us a chance to share our ideas with them. And a place to gather and have a good time.
