WTF? This sh*t raises it's ugly head again. The NCAA released a statement today that they will be restoring the 112 wins that were taken away from Penn State after the Sandusky child rape debacle. Keith Olbermann rightly skewers the NCAA and Penn State for the attempt to whitewash the school and "JoPa".
It seems likely that the NCAA was held hostage over part of the settlement decree that was being held up in court by a state law designed to keep $60 million for child abuse prevention in limbo.

The consent decree had also called for Penn State to provide $60 million to fight child abuse and combat its effects. The lawsuit scheduled for trial next month began as an effort by two state officials to enforce a state law that required the money to remain in Pennsylvania.
