The seeming inevitability of HRC's POTUS nomination with the associated issue insurgency by an as yet unidentified Progressive candidate may be upon us soon. It might be instructive to look at pre-administration speculation in the interest of thinking about how an indirect discourse by HRC's proxies in the Beltway about her cabinet's composition might at least co-opt Progressives' insurgency prior to the DNC. It could also shore up "excitement" by speculation on less-Centrist cabinet members in 2017. Below is how the Beltway speculated about possible Clinton and Obama Cabinets in 2008.
from 2008: Hillary Rodham Clinton hasn’t dropped many hints about who might be in her potential Cabinet, but she’s surrounded herself with veterans of her husband’s days in the White House, suggesting that a second Clinton administration would include familiar faces.

So who could be the Progressive cabinet under HRC that could help ensure support of the Progressive bloc (aka The democratic wing) of the Democratic Party? I filled in a few suggestions for early or not-so-early discussion considering that the campaign will begin soon.
