More photos of Patric Amiot Sculptures
Way back in September of 2013 I did a Kitchen Table Kibitzing on the whimsical sculptures of our local artist Patric Amiot. Many of you have seen that diary but for those who didn't or for a refresher the link is here:
Sculptures
Recently I noticed that many Sebastopol businesses had chosen his sculptures to represent their business, an enticing idea since they are so clever and linked so totally to our town. So I took another drive into town this morning and captured a few of them.
Bicycle Shop
Hardware Store
Your guess is as good as mine.
Unicorn
Businesses here are: Earthheart Wellness,CMTs,Breathwork, and Psychotherapy.
Even churches are represented. I like this ark better than Ken Hamm's Creation Museum Ark.
Here's one I took in 2013 especially for smileycreek.
I'm rarely in town on Sundays (KTK & OND) but since I was there I decided to check out the vibrant Sebastopol Farm Market. So cool. It was just like the Bay area in the early 70's, full of love and promise, except for higher prices. The vibes were like those which OPOL and I experienced then and decry their disappearance. Some remain.
Groovy
Heading back I had to record this house on the main route west. Reason number 997 why I love Sebastopol.
Local TARDIS
I took this because usually Mrs. side pocket cuts and sells our landscaping (well, she planted them) but since she's been away for two weeks here they are.
Narcissus
Hope you enjoyed the tour. It was 75° today which is
not normal. How's everything in your neck of the woods?

Kitchen Table Kibitzing is a community series for those who wish to share part of the evening around a virtual kitchen table with kossacks who are caring and supportive of one another. So bring your stories, jokes, photos, funny pics, music, and interesting videos, as well as links—including quotations—to diaries, news stories, and books that you think this community would appreciate. Readers may notice that most who post diaries and comments in this series already know one another to some degree, but newcomers should not feel excluded. We welcome guests at our kitchen table, and hope to make some new friends as well.
