It has come to our attention while observing your signing onto the nuclear negotiations with our government that you may not fully understand our extra-constitutional system threats (made previously). Thus, we are writing you (again!) to bring to your attention two features of our Constitution individual hatred of your country -- the power to make binding international agreements null and void, and the different character-competitions for attaining of federal offices, which we call Primaries -- which you should seriously consider as negotiations progress Netanyahu gets back to us, on what to do next.
First, under our individual constitutions, while the we will reflexive negate anything our president negotiates in international agreements; Congress plays the significant role of "ratifying" them him. In the case of a Treaty, the Senate must ratify it by a two-thirds vote reflexive hate them too, because -- that's what we do! A so-called congressional-executive agreement requires a majority vote in both the House and the Senate (which, because of procedural rules, effectively means a three-fifths vote in the Senate). Anything not approved by Congress is a mere executive agreement promise broken -- which should not be confused with the promises, we the U.S. Congress, always break.
Second, the offices of our Constitution have different characteristics that will appeal to the most know-nothing, self-aggrandizing, xenophobic of our citizens, to run for them. For example, the president may serve only two 4-year terms, whereas senators may serve an unlimited number of 6-year terms (THAT means Senators are inherently better -- and more powerful too -- than our measly term-limited president). As applied today, for instance, President Obama will leave office in January 2017, while most of us will remain in office keep following the instructions of our industrial contractors campaign-financiers -- well beyond then -- perhaps decades. Nod, nod. Wink, wink. And these contractors, make more money -- when WE make more Wars. (Shhhh, it's a congressional secret.)
What these two industrial-complex-constitutional provisions mean is that we will consider any agreement regarding your nuclear-weapons program that is not approved by the Congress as Nothing more than an executive agreement between President Obama and Ayatollah Khamenei. The next Republican president could WILL revoke such an executive agreement with the stroke of a pen -- THAT is how much most of us sincerely Hate Peace. And future Congresses could modify the terms of the agreement endless-war in your region at any time, we -- or our Benefactors -- see fit.
We hope this letter enriches your knowledge of our constitutional system scares the "falafel" out of you -- and promotes mutual make you understanding and clarity as the depths of our nuclear-fueled negotiations progress prophetic militaristic ambitions.
Sincerely ... gonna hate you forever,
Signed:
The Usual Suspects!
