That was six months ago.
Really, now? Mike Huckabee is going to Friday night news dump
his own presidential campaign announcement?
Huckabee told reporters in Washington this morning he would make a little news on “Special Report with Bret Baier,” which airs on FNC at 6 p.m. ET. Huckabee’s senior communications adviser tweeted:
.@GovMikeHuckabee to reporters in DC: "If you watch @SpecialReport with @BretBaier tonight I'll make an announcement about my 2016 decision"

We can only hope.
For the record, while ex-Gov. Mike Huckabee was often considered a force to be reckoned with, radio host Mike Huckabee is a different fish-kettle, or however that saying goes. He would be the Rick Santorum of the race, presuming Rick Santorum does not himself run, and has not even a single prayer of securing the nomination. He might be able to wrangle himself a position as Secretary of Jesus in a Ted Cruz administration, but that's about it.
