Well, appears our Attorney General has a case of the affluenza. Texas attorney general Ken Paxton was booked on some very serious charges in Collin County. While this is big news in and of itself, Collin County is notorious for shaming people in their mugshots.
Ken Paxton did not get shamed.
Court lets Paxton ditch the towel for mugshot

The Texas attorney general turned himself in Monday morning after a grand jury in his hometown of McKinney indicted him on three felony charges related to securities violations.
But unlike everyone else who gets booked in the Collin County jail, Paxton didn’t have a towel draped around his neck. He appears in suit and tie, giving the camera a half-smile.
Paxton’s booking picture took some in the Collin County Sheriff’s Office by surprise, said Lt. Chris Havey, a spokesman for the department. He said there was a court order from a judge that Paxton not wear the towel.
“His attorney probably asked for that,” Havey said.
So, shaming for every other Texan is okay, but when one of Boss Hogg's boys gets in trouble he gets a senior picture?
Going down Paxton, can't wait to see who you take with you. Everyone in the Lone Star just noted your special treatment, but we all know the Texas Rangers got you pegged.
