Per an e-mail I received from CREDO action --
By 12/31/15, the CPUC) must decide how much credit Californians will get on their utility bills if they choose to go solar in 2016 and beyond. The major California utilities have launched an underhanded attack, pressing the agency to make it much more expensive to go solar. Their plan is to add unfair fees punishing those going solar and to reduce the amount the utilities pay customers for the excess daytime energy those customers deliver to the grid.

Naturally, PG&E is one of the leaders in this attack. Vote Solar is leading a rally at PG&E's headquarters in San Francisco to speak out against the company's brazen attack on clean energy.
