In West Yellowstone, the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center has three packs of wolves. All of these wolves were raised in captivity and cannot be released into the wild. In the wild, wolves will catch and eat fish. The Discovery Center plants fish in the pond in the wolf area and the wolves go fishing. They don’t eat the freshly caught fish, but let them “cure” for a while first.
