For the past 8 days Democratic partisans have bickered about how violent a Nevada convention really was. Last night in Albuquerque some very real violence broke out at the venue for a Trump campaign rally while a couple of protests went on outside.
Tensions high as protesters disrupt Trump’s Albuquerque rally

During the rally, some protesters lit pro-Trump T-shirts on fire. As tensions increased after the rally, some people threw burning T-shirts and other items at police, reportedly threw rocks and possibly broke windows at the convention center, and tried to barge through the convention center doors at people still inside. Police used smoke grenades and pepper spray canisters to try to disperse crowds
Tense confrontations reportedly developed after the rally in the streets near the convention center. It’s also noteworthy that some protests remained peaceful throughout. Some demonstrators thanked Albuquerque police officers for their service
Inside the venue protesters tried a couple times to disrupt the rally, and were dragged away by police.
Violence is almost always counterproductive. I fear more violence like what happened outside the venue could work in Trump’s favor. We can count on the MSM to sensationalize any violence. They thrive on accentuating conflict.
