Donald Trump may be doing most of the work necessary to boost Latino voting for Hillary Clinton, but that doesn’t mean Clinton is taking the Latino vote for granted. She’ll be airing her first Spanish-language campaign ad, timed for maximum viewership.
The 60-second spot -- titled "Nuestra Historia" (Our History) -- will air nationally on Sunday during Copa America's final match between Chile and Argentina. The soccer match, which will be held in New Jersey, is expected to draw huge viewership totals on Univision.
The ad highlights a woman who says “My family has been here since 1731, before this was the United States,” a World War II veteran, and a young woman who says “At 8 years old we moved to the United States. My mom left everything behind to give my sister and I a new opportunity.”
