Rep. Mike Bishop (Bihsh'-uhp) of Michigan’s 8th District is having a little trouble saying the name of his opponent, Suzanna Shkreli. According to his recent Facebook post, “No one can pronounce her name.” Let's help him out with the phonetic spelling: Sh-krel'-ee. Wow, that sure was tough. Who would have ever thunk it from the way it's spelled?
Anyway, Bihsh'-uhp took to his Facebook page to complain that Nancy Pelosi was targeting him with ads on behalf of—how do you say that again? Oh yeah, Sh-krel'-ee (yeesh!). So Bihsh'-uhp says she’s a “desperate candidate” and that’s why Pelosi is getting involved in the district to “try to tear me down.”
Hmm ... convincing your national party to invest in your race doesn’t sound “desperate”—it sounds promising.

Let's pitch in $3 to help Suzanna Shkreli send Bihsh'-uhp into retirement.
Frustrated you don't live in a swing state? No matter where you live, MoveOn has a great way for you to get involved where it matters most. Check it out!
Wow, the Democrats are running ads. I think that's called politics ('pɒl-ə-tɪks).
What's that famous John Wayne quote? “Life is hard, it's harder if you're stupid ('stju:pɪd)."
Too bad it looks like he never actually said that.
If you’re looking for a sane ending to this post, check out Shkreli’s ad!
