This is great and one more reason to love Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. At the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics in Waterloo, Ontario, a reporter tried to derail the prime minister’s presentation about quantum computing by asking;
“I was going to ask you to explain quantum computing?… When do you, uh, expect Canada’s ISIL mission to o begin again, and are we not doing anything in the interim, ah, while were prepare?
Trudeau, first a bit annoyed, then with a smirk, responded with,
“Very simply, normal computers work by…”
As Trudeau schooled the reporter he received laughter and applause from the audience. Then:
“No, no, no,” he said, “Don’t interrupt me. When you walk out of here you will know more, well, no, some of you will know far less about quantum computing.”

The Canadian press have a force to be reckoned with. And the Canadian people have a pretty amazing leader.
