Examples: In Yukon-Koyukuk county, Alaska premiums skyrocket 445%! Lots of poor folks there and they pay the Trumpcare price.
In two different counties in Arizona, 143% and 204% increases respectively. Older Americans slammed.
Now where do premiums actually go down? You probably guessed it.
Palm Beach County, Florida. 51% decrease in premiums. Very wealthy county and where Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago is located.

Generally, people who are older, lower-income, or live in high-premium areas (like Alaska and Arizona) receive less financial assistance under the AHCA. Additionally, older people would have higher starting premiums under the AHCA and would therefore pay higher premiums. Because younger people with higher-incomes and living in lower-cost areas would receive more financial assistance and would have lower starting premiums on average, they would pay less on average.

The House is scheduled to vote on Trumpcare on THURSDAY, MARCH 23. Even if you already called your member of Congress, do it again by calling the Capitol Hill switchboard at (202) 224-3121. Jam the phone lines, urge them to vote NO.
