Thirteen months ago, the credible allegations of 15 women against Donald Trump were lost in a cloud of bogus email controversies, Breitbart-created and NY Times-abetted Clinton Foundation non-scandals, and Russian assaults.
“With Trump, it was all brushed under the rug,” said Temple Taggart, who claimed Mr. Trump kissed her on the mouth when she was competing in his Miss USA pageant in 1997. . . .
Ms. Taggart and several others said they had spent the past year in a mix of disbelief, anger and occasional fear as they watched Mr. Trump call them liars, threaten to sue them and then win an election to the White House.
All in with Chris Hayes did this video, which deserves to be viral.
The evidence of Trump’s sexual assaults has lain dormant too long. Weinstein, Moore, Louis CK et al have or may paid a price for their repellent actions. Yet despite disclosure before the election. Trump has not. Everyone from McConnell to the Governor of Alabama says they believe Moore’s accusers (though the Gov. will vote for him anyway). No one has doubted Weinstein’s accusers.
A lawsuit by Summer Zervos seeks damages for Trump’s defamatory comments about his accusers. She claims:
Mr. Trump defamed Ms. Zervos during the campaign when he repeatedly described her and other accusers’ accounts as “lies” and “nonsense” and said the women either were being put forward by his opponent Hillary Clinton’s campaign or were motivated to come forward by getting “10 minutes of fame,” according to the complaint.
In the meantime, make this video viral in recognition of the disgrace of having a confessed assaulter in the White House.
*I previously posted the video in this diary.
