Gallup has been keeping a constant tally of our historically unpopular president’s historically terrible approval numbers. And today, with word that Donald Trump is still president, his approval numbers plummeted another four percentage points. You may say that four percentage points does not a “plummet” make, but when you’re starting out in the cellar, it’s always a steeper drop when finding out that the bottom has wiggle room.
