NY
Dear Chief X;
In the early morning of September 19, 2018; there was a break-in and burglary; at my house in X . I had the locks changed; late afternoon that day- 9/19/18. Though I did call your police department on 9/19/18 re: break-in and burglary; I was tired /traumatized -so it was not until 10/14/18; I asked for an officer to come over; to get a police report.
The items taken were personal items- having no value to most thieves. Because of this – and other recent events- here on X – involving medical interference; I was sure the break-in is related to- ongoing “domestic violence; by an ex-boyfriend- since at least 2005.
On 10/14/2018 one of your excellent police officers- Officer N ; came to my house re: break-in. Officer N was thorough; kind; a good listener; and before he left; told me; there would be a police report, I could pick up in a couple of weeks.
Two days later; Detective R. phoned; re: investigation. I appreciated, your dept. appeared to be taking my complaints seriously. I asked to meet Det. R. in person. He kindly, came to my house- but, was preoccupied; with constant radio calls. He said we’d have to reschedule; & left.
Since the domestic violence, involved sexual assault and medical interference- I called your dept. to speak with Sargent L. I found her name online. I told Sgt. L. I preferred to discuss sexual assault; with a female detective. Sgt. L. arranged for me to speak with Det. B. After discussing assaults; with Det.B. - Sgt. L. and Det. R. finished the interview.
I was grateful to Sgt. L. for her understanding re: -discussing sexual assault with a female. 30 years ago; police departments did not possess this level of understanding- much less have female personnel. I appreciated your department having advanced in this respect. Initially, I found Det. B. skilled and empathetic.
Unfortunately, once mental health factors; came up; both Sgt. L. & Det. B.; lost respect; understanding; compassion; & humanity.
Chief X , I read online, your aim is to keep the X Police Dept. up to date/ progressive- reaching out to community; keeping up with latest issues/ technology. I feel your personnel need training/ education; re: mental health issues.
2)
I was honest- with your officers/ detectives; re: some events in my life. I have PTSD. I have PTSD, because criminal acts were perpetrated on me, by criminals. I am a victim of crime. In the last 20 years; one hears respect; compassion; understanding; extended to military veterans, police officers; survivors of 9/11; with PTSD. Unfortunately, survivors of sexual assault; and domestic violence; do not often get the same RESPECT/ COMPASSION/UNDERSTANDING. We do not even get pink ribbon support afforded cancer victims.
As soon as I mentioned mental health issues; your personnel ceased to take me seriously. I felt bullied and threatened by Sgt. L.’s words; and manner. I lost trust in Sgt. L. , and Det. B. ; because of the disrespectful, threatening, way they treated me.
Though, Det. R. , was present at the interviews’ end -he seemed less involved in disrespect re: mental health. He said a couple of perceptive things: 1) ‘Your department had never dealt with a similar case to mine; ‘therefore you are unfamiliar; with how to help;’ 2) ‘he doesn’t have enough time; to listen to details of my case.’ I appreciated his honesty.
I recently watched “The Suffolk Times” documentary on the murder of Louise Pietrewicz. From, my experience at your police station; I felt little has progressed; as far as traumatized domestic violence victims. I felt backwards small town attitudes; on mental health; trauma; and domestic violence; so prejudiced your personnel; they were blind to truth in front of them.
I mentioned to Sgt. L. ; Det.’s B. ; and R. ; medical technology devices; as those implanted in amputees; to trigger nerves and muscles for prosthetics; had been criminally placed in my body; without my knowledge or permission at the time. This was the final straw -causing your personnel to dismiss me as a crazy- therefore -waste of time- unworthy of respect- person.
Whether or not your personnel believe me; several medical providers; who know me; and have taken the time to listen- do believe me. In this day and age, of technological advances; it is a mistake to dismiss criminal abuse of technology. Since all these crimes have happened to me; I started watching forensic shows on TV.
On one episode of “Forensic Files” they said; “since DNA evidence, has come so far; pretty soon criminals will figure out; new ways to commit crimes; without leaving DNA evidence behind.” They already have figured it out: ASSAULT USING TECHNOLOGY. 50 years ago- no one cared / believed women/children victims of sexual assault- now we are not believed; or cared about; when we report technological abuse.
Technological abuse is not even farfetched: Senator Becky Harris-R- Las Vegas introduced legislation on forced tracking microchip implants. 24 hours a day; ads air on TV; on medical implant malpractice. This is essentially what I am alleging. I spoke with Dr. Chuck Byers- inventor of the cochlear implant- on the phone in 2017. Dr. Byers also developed micro/neuro stimulators for amputees. Dr. Byers said, stimulators are rice grain-size and inserted via hypo-dermic needle.
3)
I told Dr. Byers, “they seem remotely operated.” He said, “we are working on that; but so far they only operate at a distance of 100 feet.” I told Dr. Byers, “Someone HAS figured it out- even if they have not publicly shared it.” Dr. Byers took me seriously, saying, “the best scan method for detection is ultrasound- they don’t always show up on most scans.”
My ex-boyfriend is a criminal lawyer. When we met in 1981; he was a heroin addict; on methadone maintenance. He credited me; with helping him overcome his drug issues. I have never used drugs. I have always been a law abiding citizen.
He’s spent years; instigating fraudulent evidence; to FRAME and discredit me; as crazy; so his criminal activities, continue undetected. He has paid strangers off to harm me- including having me forcibly disabled; detained; assaulted; drugged; mutilated; at a string of so-called “medical facilities.” He also had me politically/anti-semitically targeted- though he himself- is Jewish- so nothing could be forensically traced to him.
Since the break-in; all my technology; has been interfered with. My e mail accounts- hacked. All e mails related to this matter: blocked. Unrelated e mails work. Phone calls- selectively disconnected. I have been terrorized; tortured; monitored; my privacy criminally violated; my life destroyed.
I know I’m not hallucinating. I know truth from fiction. Though my case may seem too unusual; or time consuming: Your dept. could help- if they, 1) stay respectful; 2) keep an open mind; 3) learn something new; 4) listen, and give it a chance. I would at least appreciate the initial police report; I was promised by Officer N. I have legal experts who want to help. Today, I stopped by the dept.; to pick up the police report. I was told, it had not been approved.
I have hard; as well as circumstantial; evidence; to back up all my claims- including legal; medical; and cellphone; records.
Sincerely,
Judy K
