Irrespective of whether Trump colluded with Russia to impact the 2016 election (and he did), it’s become abundantly clear that he is colluding with them now to allow the same thing in 2018.
Trump’s inaction says it all. He castigates Obama for not doing enough (and doing too much) to stop Putin in 2016, but refuses to do anything at all to stop Putin from helping Republicans again in 2018. In these contradictory attacks on Obama for their own sake he admits that some sort of action is what’s called for from a President, and still he does nothing. He admits to knowing what he should do, and therefore admits he knows it’s wrong not to act.
Rex Tillerson’s only comment is that there isn’t much he can do, because Russia will just evolve tactics… which is the laziest cover story for treason and/or surrender that I’ve ever heard.
Or, as The Atlantic puts it:
America Is Under Attack and the President Doesn't Care
Trump’s gravest responsibility is to defend the United States from foreign attack—and he’s done nothing to fulfill it.
...
call it collusion in advance—a dereliction of duty as grave as any since President Buchanan looked the other way as Southern state governments pillaged federal arsenals on the eve of the Civil War.

Trump can argue all he wants that he wasn’t colluding with Putin in 2016… because it couldn’t possibly be clearer he’s colluding with him right now in 2018. The fact that our intelligence agencies are using words like “cyber-WAR” would give any sane person pause in undertaking such collusion.
It may well be that the coverup actually is worse than the crime, because the coverup will turn out to be treason… collusion with a foreign power that the government warned in advance has declared cyberwar on our nation.
Trump was warned, and still he did nothing to fulfill his Constitutional and patriotic obligations.
