Yesterday, the Center for American Progress announced their own proposal for a new, comprehensive, national, universal healthcare coverage system, which they’re dubbing “Medicare Extra for All”.
While the name may sound similar to the John Conyers and Bernie Sanders proposals of the same name, the plan itself is quite different.
