Let’s keep one eye on the ball: Andrew McCabe was FBI director at the time Mueller was appointed. He was the driving force, while Rosenstein waffled (ref. McCabe’s book “The Threat”).
McCabe’s BIG REASON for the Special Council was to investigate if / how the President was compromised by, or even an agent of, Russia. Comey and McCabe both felt that Dumph’s behavior was just way, way to suspicious for him not to be at least compromised.
So far, we’ve heard NOTHING about this part of Mueller’s mission (Not even from the media).
It may be hidden in the “National Security” part of the report that may never be made public. But…the House Intel Committee should (must) get that report.
I think we need to make lots of noise about this; Make sure it’s revealed to the public.
Basically, the more Barr hides and stonewalls, the more we’ll know there’s real evidence being hidden.
Final point: The Watergate commission passed the entire report, with Grand Jury testimonies, directly to congress. Why has Barr interceded? I think the House Intel Committee can nail him on this.
Smells like a cover up, just like Barr promised he’d do in his unsolicited submission to Justice (and Trump).
