I modified the image above which I photoshopped from a famous public domain photo of Hitler declaring war against the United States in front of the Reichstag delegates on December 11 1941.
True American patriots see what Trump has been doing and understand that he has declared war against the United States too. If this was a declared war his enablers in Congress would be tried as traitors.
Compared to Hitler, Trump’s rise to power has been meteoric. It is important to understand that Hitler didn’t become Der Fuhrer until 1934.
Adolf Hitler rose to a place of prominence in the early years of the party. Being one of its best speakers, he told the other members to either make him leader of the party or he would never return. He was aided in part by his willingness to use violence in advancing his political objectives and to recruit party members who were willing to do the same. The Beer Hall Putsch in November 1923 and the later release of his book Mein Kampf (Translation: My Struggle) expanded Hitler's audience. In the mid-1920s, the party engaged in electoral battles in which Hitler participated as a speaker and organizer,[a] as well as in street battles and violence between the Rotfrontkämpferbund and the Nazis' Sturmabteilung (SA). Through the late 1920s and early 1930s, the Nazis gathered enough electoral support to become the largest political party in the Reichstag, and Hitler's blend of political acuity, deceptiveness and cunning converted the party's non-majority but plurality status into effective governing power in the ailing Weimar Republic of 1933. Hitler was on track to become ruler of Germany well before 1923. It took him more than 10 years. While Trump flirted with running for president 10 years before he did he never seriously perused this. He was more interested in flirting with and sexually assaulting women.
Flash forward:
Trump is attempting to divide the country and make it a nation ruled by him, defying every single day the limits put on the president’s authority by the Constitution. His base is the white poorly educated soon to be lost majority.
This is the most pressing issue since Abraham Lincoln issued the proclamation declaring war on the Confederacy:
Whereas the laws of the United States have been for some time past, and now are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed, in the States of South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the powers vested in the Marshals by law.
Now, therefore, I, Abraham Lincoln, President of the United States, in virtue of the power in me vested by the Constitution, and the laws, have thought fit to call forth, and hereby do call forth, the militia of the several States of the Union, to the aggregate number of seventy-five thousand, in order to suppress said combinations, and to cause the laws to be duly executed.
He later wrote this: I appeal to all loyal citizens to favor, facilitate and aid this effort to maintain the honor, the integrity, and the existence our National Union, and the perpetuity of popular government; and to redress wrongs already long enough endured.
It’s worthwhile and couldn’t be more relevant to revisit the Emancipation Proclamation issued a few years into the Civil War. I am including it here, but obviously you don’t have to read every word to know what it says, although it should be required reading for Trump’s supposedly educated enablers in Congress and his administration.
By the President of the United States of America:
A PROCLAMATION
Whereas on the 22nd day of September, A.D. 1862, a proclamation was issued by the President of the United States, containing, among other things, the following, to wit:
"That on the 1st day of January, A.D. 1863, all persons held as slaves within any State or designated part of a State the people whereof shall then be in rebellion against the United States shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free; and the executive government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.
"That the executive will on the 1st day of January aforesaid, by proclamation, designate the States and parts of States, if any, in which the people thereof, respectively, shall then be in rebellion against the United States; and the fact that any State or the people thereof shall on that day be in good faith represented in the Congress of the United States by members chosen thereto at elections wherein a majority of the qualified voters of such States shall have participated shall, in the absence of strong countervailing testimony, be deemed conclusive evidence that such State and the people thereof are not then in rebellion against the United States."

This is one of the most important documents in American history ranking up there with the Declaration of Independence and the original Constitution, you don’t have to reads every word to get the gist of its importance. Trump, as illustrated below, has as his most fervent supporters those who would have been ardent supporters of the Confederacy had they lived in pre-Civil War times.
