What should we do with this list of Dems?

This small rural county went for Bush by about 4 to 1 (a little over 1000 votes for Kerry).  Now some odd duck went and bought a list of all the county's registered Democrats (over 2000) and Independents, names and addresses, from the County Clerk.

What should  this odd duck to do next?  What would you do? What have you done? Between us, my wife and I `know' maybe 20% of the people on the list, and most of them are definitely not out of the closet as Dems.  We two are not `influential', but are generally well regarded. The party is dead out here, it seems - but we are the home town of Senator Ben Nelson who, some appearances to the contrary notwithstanding, is a Democrat.

What should we do now that we have the list?
