The Catch-all Treason-gate Prediction Thread

Because I am lazy, I would like to gather all groundless speculation about the upshot of Fitzgerald's investigation into one place.

Because I am not hopelessly lazy, I will attempt to make that place be this thread.

I have nothing to offer the winner, or even a way of calculating the winner, but here are the categories:

1.  Number of people to be indicted

2.  Highest ranking person to be indicted

3.  Highest ranking person to resign in the fallout

4.  Does Bush finish out his term, resign, get impeached, declare himself emperor, or other

5.  Names of the person or persons who "turned" and cooperated with Fitzgerald

6.  Highest possible sentence that one of the indicted will be facing

7.  Whenever it may happen, after Dick Cheney the next Vice President will be:
