As we predicted, Miers has caused Bush's floor of 39-40 percent to break.

Bush approval ratings, Overall:
Unfortunately, the previous CBS News poll didn't break down the approve/disapproves by partisan ID. But I can't remember seeing Bush's numbers, in any poll, lower than the high 80s.
