I have pretty much said my piece on John Kerry. I don't think he has the right stuff to run America when she hits the iceberg that Bush has set America on course to hit and kicked the speed up to 'All Ahead Flank'.
But now I have said enough. I intend to move on after voting for Dean in the California Primary. After that, I will remain a part of any of Dean's plans for the future. I will vote ABB in the General Election and try not to be obstructive of the Dem Nominee's campaign. I am unsold, but I am a grassroots Dem and I don't want to be a part of any George Bush victory.
So, on to CNN and the Oddities today. Did anybody notice?
On Crossfire, the Dean representative and the Kerry representative both said 'Sure' when they were questioned on whether Kerry would consider Dean as VP and whether Dean would consider being the VP nominee! Did anybody besides me see that?
It might just be CNN Bullcorn, but my ears perked up immediately I can tell you!
Then on Lou Dobbs, the continuing hammering on jobs. Lou had a little round table and the spinners were trying to talk about how elections were easier to win on 'gay marriage' than on the poor job picture in the US. And they said, pretty much up front that no American CEO is really planning on hiring many American workers any time soon.
The stock market flacks said that the markets were still strong, yadda-yadda. Then Lou Dobbs floored me! An as best as I recall quote.
"It's not just the markets, we are talking about the country here!"
CNN has always been a Bush-it pusher, but the flavor has really changed at least on the Lou Dobbs program. I hope it continues.
I said before that that Bush's money people would abandon him, and I think they are starting to distance themselves from him.
As far as the money people are concerned they will shift to fighting a rearguard action to keep the gifts that Bush has lavished upon them.
Any Dem president will be really up against it if there aren't a bunch of new Dems in congress.
Good Night, Everybody!
