What MoveOn.org Ad Is Rove Talking About?

Randi Rhodes just played another audio clip from Rove, where he's talking about an ad that MoveOn.org supposedly placed in the New York Times after 9/11 asking for understanding and tolerance of the Taliban.
Randi says she spoke with MoveOn.org this morning and there was no such ad. Does anyone have any recollection of this? In addition, I don't recall Michael Moore asking for sympathy toward the Taliban right after 9/11. Or Howard Dean (who he mentions). Or Dick Durbin (who voted to authorize force).
I guess I'll get to my point. If Rove is truly lying about all of this WHY ISN'T IT TIME FOR THE MOTHER OF ALL LAWSUITS?. Karl Rove wasn't elected to anything. He has no immunity that I can think of.
Why not sue the lying bastard for everything he's got? Isn't it about time we went down this path? How much longer do Democrats have to tolerate this? Were the Swift Boat lies not enough? How about the Ed Klein book? How much more of this are we going to take?
This simply has to stop. What in the world gives the Republicans the right to keep doing this again and again and again?
When everyone is forced to tell the truth, Democrats always win. Let's start tipping the playing field that way.
