I live in Edison, NJ now. I just finished my late late dinner and was flipping through the channels. I cam to WLNY, channel 10. The title was "Abortion". It started off with Bush signing into law the ban against "partial birth abortion".
For the most part it is Sen. Santourom talking about how bad abortion ,especially "partial birth abortion". The show tried to make it out was if he was saying that "regular abortion" is ok.
The show then went on to other conservative groups and had them throwing out stats about "partial birth abortion" and a graphic about what the procedure entails.
Then they interview alleged Pro Choice people who even say that "partial birth abortion" is going too far for them.
It was interesting because the announcer said several times, "the pro choice or pro-abortion" blah blah blah.
But it was the fact that it only had republican senators arguing against "partial birth abortion" and a little snippet here or there from ACLU or Planned Parenthood where they denied that such a procedure existed. But then they would quickly turn to some anti choice group saying some stat about how many "partial birth abortions" are performed a year.
I scrolled to see what the channel was but all it show me was that before and after the program that there was "paid programming". The title box on the on screen TV guide said "Abortion"
Anyone else see this junk?
