The group of retired Generals speaking out against the Iraq War, the planning for the war, and Donald Rumsfeld's incompetence is getting larger and larger.

Look what Retired Maj. Gen. John Batiste, who commanded the 1st Infantry Division in Iraq until last November said about going into Iraq:
Whether the United States should be in Iraq in the first place was "moot" given the circumstances, he added. "We have to succeed" now that we are there, he said.
I realize that this isn't an earth shattering quote, but if you listen closely to his interview with Katie Couric you'll see that from the beginning he thought that going into Iraq was a mistake.
Why didn't these guys speak out BEFORE we went into Iraq!
It's not only retired generals criticizing the Bush Administrating and the Republican majority, now former congressman turned neocon talk show host - Joe Scarborough - is speaking out against his own party.

Look what he says about his own party in his recent blog:
As the Wall Street Journal reported today, the Republican pigs running Congress are wasting more money than those big-spending Democrats ever did.
Now Joe, that's not a nice thing to say about your own party. Let's try to say something nice now:
Like millions, I am disgusted by my party and their leaders.
Ok, I realize you're "disgusted", but I said to say something nice:
Republicans have given America the biggest deficit ever. The biggest debt ever. The biggest trade gap ever. The highest spending increases ever. A 110% increase in the education bureaucracy. A 100% increase in the Justice bureaucracy. An 88% increase in the Department of HHS. More pork projects than ever before. More earmarks than ever before. More reckless spending projects than ever before. A bigger, more wasteful government than ever before.
Why the hell should conservatives work to put these whores back in their perches of power?
Ok! Ok! Fine! Don't say anything nice. But, do me one favor, don't forget to vote DEMOCRAT in the upcoming elections:
They(Republicans)deserve whatever they get.
Damn Straight!
