Begala getting back in the game.

Sun Aug 14, 2005 at 02:19:34 PM PDT

Political Wire is reporting that veteran political consultant, and current CNN contributor, Paul Begala, is considering reentering the political fray by going to work for Bob Casey's US Senate campaign, in Pennsylvania.
Begala got his start in politics by working for Casey's father's, Bob Casey Sr., gubernatorial races in the mid eighties.  It was here that Begala teamed up with James Carville for the first time.

But Begala's return to politics could be more than just a one-time comeback.  Begala, a fervent Hillary Clinton supporter, is rumored to be trying to get the Clinton 1992 gang (Begala, Carville, and George Stephanopoulos) back together, to work on a Hillary Presidential race.

In my opinion, these three advisers would be Hillary's biggest asset.  No democrat has won a presidential race without them since 1976.
