Howard Dean is back and talking policy

On CNN with Wolf Blitzer Howard gave everyone hear a reminder of what Democrats should be saying and exactly how they shoulkd be saying it.

Blitzer even played Laura Bush defending her husband and Dean still wouldn't give an inch.

 paraphrasing Dean

"It';s not what you say it what you do and your policies that determine whether you care asbout all the american people and the presidents policies shows he only cares about the top 20%.
