we owe the reporter at least this question

There have been quite a few articles regarding the recent tragic death of reporter David Rosenbaum.  I spent some time this evening reading them all. or as many of them as I could get on the net.  they all pretty much say the same things.

there are a few interesting tidbits that have not been hashed over very well. as far as I know.
msnbc mentioned a dark colored vehicle w/2 men getting into it being seen by a witness.
it has also been reported that there was a portable radio lying nearby.
Most interesting was the fact that his Watch was not taken.

I can tell you that I find it very suspicious that he retained his watch after being robbed. I can see his wedding ring being left behind [depending on whether or not his ring had a diamond] but his Watch?

My question(s):
What type of watch did he wear? was it expensive?  Given his age position and current employment I would guess it was not a timex.

Also - is there something to the spotting of a "dark vehicle" [black suv?] being seen at the crime scene? & is this merely a possible witness/suspect or something more?
