Take a look at big media and some lesser know outlets today and all the negative ad campaigns and I can see why many people get disengaged from the voting process. Now I'm not saying that the media or negative ad campaigns are wholly responsible for this. I'm just saying that certain individuals get really turned off by this. People watch Fox, CNN, etc... and there's a real underlying cyncism in the delivery for both candidates. These news outlets are too critical to both candidates (Fox is of course a Rebulican bootlicker but it also condems both sides - but keeps it's criticisms soft for Bush boy.)
In my opinion NO media outlet should condone that people shouldn't vote. Read this article.

If there was more postive commentary then I think more people would go out and vote - especially young people. Our political system has become a total mess.
Also in my experience people on the left have a much more open view. What I mean is... we should all see both sides of the fence but also pick which side of the fence we're on.
What I find so dangerous with Bush boy politics is that he can't see the other side of the fence... thus his decision making is at a fault from the start.
